The answer: At the desire of the applicant for payment through exchequer RUE «BelGIE» is ready to issue the invoice.

13. A question: What order of filling of the table to the statement on reception of the permission to the right of use of a radio spectrum at operation REFs.
The answer: all columns of the table are filled as answers to the name of columns. The information for filling to take from passport REFs, the project on installation REFs.
14. A question: whether reception of the permission to realization of cellular telephones and other Radio-electronic facilities is required.
The answer: According to the Decision of Ministerial council of the Republic of Belarus from May, 8th, 2009 № 610 «About modification of the Decision of Ministerial council of the Republic of Belarus from November, 21st, 2007 № 1560» reception of the permission to realization of Radio-electronic facilities, including cellular telephones is not required.
